Chicken and Dumplings

This recipe is so simple but so delicious.  It is literally one of my husbands favorites!

Chicken and Dumplings:

1 pound of boneless/skinless chicken breasts
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
2 cans of chicken broth

Poach chicken breasts in chicken broth until chicken is cooked through.  Once chicken is cooked, add soup.  The recipe for dumplings is on the side of the Bisquick box. Mix those ingredients together and drop spoonfuls of the dough into the pot of chicken and soup.  Don't cover completely.  You will know when the dumplings are done when they look dry on the top and rise.
